Grounds and Pool

An important feature of the Gite is the bespoke swimming pool.  Unlike many properties, the pool has been carefully designed to incorporate a shallow end for younger children, as well as a deep end for the stronger swimmer. The patio areas around the pool are provided with several sunloungers. It is fully fenced for safety, and with splash alarm in compliance with current regulations. The pool is situated in the sunniest corner of the site and, although not overlooked, it is gently screened by trees and shrubs.

Fon Niove is set in 3500 m2 of land, two minutes walk from the sleepy hamlet of Senaillac-Lauzes. The Gite is approached from the north side (the back) where there is plenty of space for parking. 

In front of the house, there is a small covered terrace and a larger patio area with wooden table & chairs for al fresco dining.
