Construction of Fon Niove was completed in 2005. This Gite features good quality modern facilities, stylish kitchen and
bathroom fittings and oil fired central heating. Built in sympathy with local building styles, using local and reclaimed
materials where possible and utilising traditional craftsmen and techniques. From the reclaimed limestone frontage to the
handmade oak roof timbers to the granite worktops, it provides a perfect marriage of old and new. The interior of the Gite
has been furnished with a mixture of new and antique furniture, combining English and French rustic styles.

Cool ceramic tiled floors throughout, exposed oak beam ceiling.

The light and spacious dining kitchen, measuring 5m x 6.5 m,
has fantastic views over surrounding countryside. Attractive features include granite worktop and large oak
dining table and chairs, seating 8 or more adults. Appliances include electric oven and hob, fridge
freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle etc.The kitchen is well equipped with the enthusiastic cook
in mind. Should you be inspired by the local cuisine and regional produce, the kitchen has everything you
need to create your own culinary masterpieces, including a selection of popular cookery
books.

A small lobby leads to the large family bathroom with bath, wc,
basin and separate shower cubicle. The local stone evier beneath the window provides storage in keeping
with the rustic feel of the Gite.

The light and airy lounge, measuring 5m x 6 m, has an
inglenook fireplace featuring a traditional French woodburning stove for cosy evenings. There are two comfortable
sofas (both of which can be converted to double beds if required), a selection of books and games and a TV with
DVD/CD player.

First Floor
The entire first floor has exposed traditional oak carpentry, solid oak
flooring and is well insulated against both heat and cold. Both bedrooms are dual aspect with fantastic
views over surrounding countryside. Plenty of storage and useful furniture such as salon chairs and towel stands
are provided. There are 2 convertible chair beds which can be used in either room, as you
wish.

Bedroom 1 measures 4.5m by 4m and is
furnished with a large wrought iron double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Soft furnishings feature a
lavender theme. The en-suite shower room has shower, wc and wash-basin, with stylish chrome and
glass fittings.
